The Center’s headquarters are located in Shanhua, Taiwan.
Field operations in Asia and Africa are led from five Regional centers in Benin, India, Mali, Tanzania, and Thailand and Country offices in Eswatini, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Korea.
The Center operates in several other countries on a project basis including Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ghana, Madagascar, and Nigeria and has ongoing partnerships in Belize, Guatemala, Haiti, Paraguay, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Djibouti, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
